The difference from each package is the limitation of the number of products, number of locations, and the number of users. How do I change my subscription package?

To change your Halosis website package:

  1. Click the Extend package button on the Home menu.

  2. You will be directed to a special page to select the website package & add ons.

  3. Select the package that suits your needs and click the Select Package button.

  4. After selecting the package, you will be directed into the shopping cart.

  5. Check your package and click confirmation & checkout to continue to payment.

  6. Select the payment method & make a payment.

  7. You can see the transaction status in the Subscription tab > List of invoice.

Can I try Halosis before paying for subscription?

Absolutely! By creating a Halosis account, you can use various features for free for 14 days.

How long is your contract?

Halosis is a pay service according to usage. So you are not bound by a contract or commitment to continue to subscribe. You can start and stop your subscription with us whenever you want.

What payment options are there?

How do I get a tax invoice for my payment?

To get a tax invoice, you only need to fill out the form and upload a photo of your Tax Registration Number on the website menu > Payment method. Your tax invoice will be sent via email.
